Booking & Event Information

 

• A 40% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date.

• Remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

• Additional coverage is subject to availability and additional fees.

• One complimentary weather-related reschedule is available when applicable.

• Final details and event timeline should be confirmed before the event.

Travel & Location

  • The first 25 miles of travel are included.

  • Travel beyond 25 miles is charged at $1.50 per additional mile, calculated one way.

  • Parking, tolls, venue entrance fees, permits, and reservation fees are additional when applicable.

  • Travel bookings require a 65% non-refundable retainer to reserve the date.

  • Remaining balance for travel bookings is due 7 days before the event.
